Discover the pleasure and the art of choosing ingredients in a typical Parisian market, and prepare your meal at our COOKERY SCHOOL! UNESCO may have officially declared French cuisine 'intangible cultural heritage' in 2010, but for the French this has only confirmed what they already knew about the genius of their arts de la table. Today it's your turn to discover the secrets of this diverse and regional cuisine, with a chance to visit a typical market, select fresh produce and prepare an entire meal.  Once you have returned to our cookery school, you will concoct a starter, main course and a dessert.  And after all that effort it will be time to sample the results with a well-earned glass of wine!

* The class will be led exclusively in English
* Capacity: from 2 to a maximum of 6 participants
* Children: lessons are open to children over the age of 12, provided that they are accompanied
