Discover the baker's tricks and secrets during this lesson that's all about bread, a fundamental basic at any French table.
In approximately 4 hours, you will learn to knead the dough, separate, relax, shape and cook the bread, and then remove it from the oven like a real baker.
Certain doughs must be prepared in advance, but you will still be guided through each stage of the process during the lesson.
