By the end of the lesson, you'll know all there is to know about traditional French desserts, using seasonal produce to create your own sweet treats. French cuisine is world-renowned for its unique tastes and techniques – and now it's your turn to discover the secrets of its desserts!  In this dessert-making lesson, you'll learn how to prepare five classic French desserts such as crème brûlée, moelleux au chocolat (chocolate pudding with a liquid centre), Grand Marnier soufflé or pears poached in red wine and spices. Simply delicious!
